Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Economic Area may cancel distance purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided items are unused and packaging is intact where applicable.
How to start a return
Email the studio with your order reference, item list, and reason (optional). We reply with the return address in Espoo and any shipping notes.
Refunds
After we inspect returned goods, refunds are issued to the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which case we propose an alternative.
Defective items
If an item arrives damaged, send photographs within a reasonable period so we can arrange replacement or repair where available.
Non-returnable
Custom-printed or clearly personalized goods may be excluded from withdrawal if production already started with your approval.
